This project was proposed to us to redesign the God's House Tower in Southampton using the RIBA Sustainable Outcomes as our guiding point. I chose the Outcome Good Health and Wellbeing and paired it with the Interior Design Strategies Biophilic Design and Healthy Building. The tower is currently being used as a museum for the history of the Tower in Southampton and can occasionally be used as a gallery. I have decided to turn it into an AirBnB due to its close proximity to both the Ferry terminal and the Cruise Ship terminal. It would be designed for two people on a short trip which would usually be due to a few days between a ferry arriving and leaving.
